 Specialising in Tantric based intimacy coaching and bodywork. Helping individuals and couples create more intimacy, consciousness and open communication in their lives. 

  For more than 20 years I have been connecting with people on a self-improvement path. They taught me the way to a better life was through more heartfelt connection and communication, particularly with myself. This has opened the door into closer, more intimate connections.

 In the early 2000’s I studied and practiced Hawaiian Bodywork, going deeper into ancient spiritual understanding. I learned here that universal energy is all around me. This was a very powerful opening that I connected with and have held close since that time.

 At the same time I connected with the Human Awareness Institute (HAI) and attended their Love, Intimacy & Sexuality workshops. It was here that I was able to fully understand that true love is unconditional. It enriched me so much that I became part of the leadership group in Australia producing the workshops between 2006 & 2016. I experienced the joy of being in service to others and known true happiness from creating opportunities for other people to grow and heal.

 In 2016 I completed a Diploma in Tantra & Sacred Sexuality and now provide intimacy coaching and bodywork. It is from the intention to serve that I offer myself in providing opportunities for people to heal, grow, open and create deeper intimacy in their lives.
